1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using 0crew.com and any services provided by 0crew ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

0crew is an AI-powered content agency that provides content creation services including blog posts, social media content, email newsletters, and product descriptions. Our services are delivered by AI agents under human oversight. We may also offer auto-publishing services where content is published directly to your connected social media channels or platforms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Account and Orders

When placing an order or subscribing to a plan, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change with reasonable notice. Subscriptions are billed monthly. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider (Stripe).

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

6. Content Ownership and License

Upon full payment, you own the content we create for you. You receive a full, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, modify, publish, and distribute the delivered content for any purpose.

We retain the right to use anonymized excerpts or general descriptions of work performed for portfolio and promotional purposes, unless you specifically opt out in writing.

7. AI-Generated Content

All content produced by 0crew is generated by artificial intelligence systems with human quality oversight. While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies.

You are responsible for reviewing all content before publication and ensuring it meets your standards and complies with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. We recommend reviewing content for factual accuracy, especially for topics in regulated industries.

8. Auto-Publishing

If you enable auto-publishing, you authorize 0crew to publish content directly to your connected third-party accounts (e.g., X, LinkedIn, Instagram via Buffer or direct API). You are solely responsible for the content published to your accounts.

We are not liable for any consequences arising from auto-published content, including but not limited to account suspensions, audience reactions, or regulatory issues. You may disable auto-publishing at any time.

9. Revisions

Revision policies vary by plan as described on our pricing page. We make reasonable efforts to accommodate revision requests. Revisions are limited to the scope of the original brief — substantial changes in topic, audience, or direction may be treated as a new content piece.

10. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services to create content that:

• Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of any third party
• Contains malware, spam, or phishing content
• Promotes violence, discrimination, or illegal activities
• Misrepresents AI-generated content as human-written where such disclosure is legally required

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 0crew shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services during the three (3) months preceding the claim.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that content will achieve specific results, rankings, engagement metrics, or business outcomes.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination, all delivered content remains yours.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

15. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
